Thank you for your long-standing support and cooperation with Oupiin Ent Co LTD. With all of your
affirmations’, we have been able to continue and evolve.

Despite this, over the past few months, Oupiin has received many announcements of raised pricing
from suppliers of force majeure. The severe shortages of raw materials have led to an impact on
the global economy and intensified costs on fresh materials.

The supply of raw materials remains in short supply, rates are soaring, and the cost of primary
unrefined materials such as copper, gold, plastics, and packaging have raised in price. This
trend is expected to continue and will not end in the foreseeable future. As material price
tags continue to rise and cause tremendous pressure, Oupiin maintains product quality but will
have to respond to market conditions soon to adjust for these fees affecting some products.
Additionally, previously updated parts will also have their value adjusted.

We are deeply sorry for this distress and look forward to your support, understanding, and
future development.
